The following is highly disturbing. It causes me to think the USA is heading straight for Fahrenheit 451, Equilibrium, Brave New World... and so many others. Think about it. If this passes, the government could steal literally WHATEVER they wanted and utilize it for propaganda. Large corperations could become ever larger, stomping on the tiny men who really deserve the credit the entire way, until they become our way of life. The only people this act is good for are: Large corporations and the government... in other words, only those who can afford to pay. And you know what I don't want? I DON'T want the government using my HOME MOVIES as some sort of sick and twisted propaganda, let alone using my artwork! In fact, I don't want ANYONE using my SOUL without EXPLICIT PERMISSION from ME, and ME ALONE! This is just another way for a corrupt system to control us. It's hard enough being an artist without any funding whatsoever-- why make it harder and crush the underlying creativity of an entire nation? Artwork is so fundamentally important in our society, that I can't really begin to describe it! Artwork is what helps fuel REVOLUTIONS. Revolutions are SO important to humanity's history AND to its future. Such wonderful and huge changes occur SIMPLY BECAUSE inspirational artwork was not government controlled. Think about if this act had been passed in 1960. Yeah, fucked up, isn't it?

AND NO! THE COPYRIGHTS ON DA DO NOT PROTECT YOU FROM THIS LAW!!! THIS LAW NEGATES ALL COPYRIGHTS IN THE PAST 70 YEARS AT LEAST!!! YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE GOVERNMENT FOR EACH AND EVERY THING YOU PRODUCE, INCLUDING HOME MOVIES, IF YOU DID NOT WANT IT STOLEN!!!

DO SOME RESEARCH AND DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN!!!

I really wish they'd explain to me WHY they suddenly hate me. At least Sean did, (although he is of course, not technically a member of the Loveland Crew). ALSO: for certain people who may read this and freak out that I haven't completely forgotten Sean, how about you shut the fuck up and get over it. I'm happy with my relationship, even when we have to work through our problems- or should I say ESPECIALLY when we have to work through our problems. I don't want to fuck with his head and never did so leave me alone about it. I fully admit that dating Chris instead of dating Sean was stupid but guess what? I did it so GET OVER IT. It doesn't mean I "enjoy causing drama."
I just wish everyone else would have the FUCKING Scrotum to tell me what they believe is wrong with me.

I have more respect for Sean than to say what HE told me but that's a different story.
Or like Jaclyn: who's said nothing.
Or Josh: Who's said nothing.
Or Erin: Who said "You should alread know," "Because I don't like being your friend out of fear that you'll hurt Sean again." Which made me laugh. And here are the reasons why: Even IF I for some reason tried to talk to Sean about something remotely romantic, he'd block me (if he hasn't already last year when he stopped talking to me). He is smarter than to indulge something that he believes will hurt him again. Also: I HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR HIM AND ERIN AND CHRYSTAL THAN TO DO THAT. When I fucked everything up it was a spur of the moment thing because Sean really hurt my pride. ALSO: I'm over him and have been since I met Dorian.
And Cheyloe: Who isn't talking to me and rightly so. Her and Sean are the only people I understand that I did some fucked up shit to. Cheyloe much more than Sean. What's funny is, Dorian is actually the only person who has caused me to be able to forget her and rarely think of her. With everyone else I had intense pangs of longing for her.
And Anna: who may or may not have something of her own against me, or who may or may not just be following what Jeff is doing. Or who may or may not just be really busy and in love with her girlfriend(assuming she has one right now).
Everyone else, I don't remember so either my recent siezures have been fucking up my memory, or you don't matter enough.
At least I had the balls to tell all of you. And NO, I don't expect an answer to this blog at all. Partly because I realize the entire Loveland crew is too damn cowardly to say anything. And partly because I know I won't get any responses anyway, and if I do they'll say something along the lines of "why do you like to start shit?" And I will sigh and delete them without answering them.
By the way I got my nose pierced. YAY!
This is mainly me ranting because I'm mildly annoyed that people are so insecure and immature that the feel they must blame me for everything wrong in their world, thus not talk to me. And probably talk ABOUT me to each other. Have fun with that, cowards.
